By accessing or using Fignite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Fignite is a service that converts Figma designs into HTML and CSS code. The Service requires access to your Figma account to read design files for conversion purposes.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original Figma designs. The generated code output is yours to use. Fignite retains all rights to the Service itself, including our conversion technology.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generated code may require manual adjustment for production use.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
